Welcome To bearBOATING

We are moving to the West Coast of Scotland and will be offering sailing boat holidays and training from 2026.

The small number of holidays booked on the Leeds Liverpool Canal for 2026 will be honoured but we won’t be taking any new canal boat bookings.

Very soon we will be offering RYA Competent Crew and Day Skipper courses along with skippered holiday charters. We will be offering these courses on high quality, well equipped, modern boats. These courses and charters will be aimed at couples relatively new to sailing who wish to learn to sail together as a couple on bare boat charters.

We spent 4 days on the mollyMoo and invested in the helmsman course for the first two, which was well worth it. Boat was luxurious and Andy's tuition was spot on. Thoroughly recommended!
